Majda joined Madhani Advocates LLP in January 2021 and currently heads the department of Human Resource and Administration. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (HRM), Bachelor of Science both from Kenyatta University, Higher Diploma (HRM), Certificate in Counselling both from College of Human Resource Management and Senior Management Certificate from Kenya School of Government.
She is a seasoned, award winning human resource practitioner with 13 years’ experience in academia, consultancy, real estate and legal industry.

- Establishment and automation of Human Resource department in 3 different companies/firm.
- Student Mentor and Faculty Advisor (Students in Free Enterprise) Kabarak University Chapter (awarded prestigious all expenses paid trip to Singapore in 2009 for world cup competition).
